Eddie’s Quilting Bee Class Policy

* You must pre-register and pay in person, by mail, web, or by telephone to be signed up.
* Sign ups are on a first come basis; likewise preferential seating may be reserved for early birds.
* A store credit will be issued for cancellation with a 7-day notice prior to the class.
* Special guest teachers require a one-month cancellation notice to receive a store credit.
* If Eddie’s Quilting Bee cancels the class, you may choose, to re-schedule, a store credit, or a full refund.
* Registrants receive 10% off class supplies purchased at Eddie’s Quilting Bee store by mentioning in person at register.
* We respectfully ask that students refrain from wearing perfume.
* Breaks will be included for classes involving lunchtime. Feel free to bring a bag lunch to enjoy in our kitchen or outside picnic areas. Refrigeration is available. There are also many great local restaurants; inquire for favorites and locations. All food should be eaten in the kitchen or outside.
