Eddie's Quilting Bee Class Policy

| Eddie's Quilting Bee (EQB) classes cover a wide spectrum of topics of interest to quilters and other fabric artists. Please take a moment to read our class policy. |

| Class Policy |
- Register in person, by mail, or by telephone. All classes must be paid for at time of registration.
- If you cancel at least 7 days before the class, you will be issued a store credit.
- Special guest teachers require a one-month cancellation notice to receive a store credit.
- If we cancel the class, you will receive a store credit or a refund. Show your class registration and receive 10% off class supplies purchased at Eddie’s. We respectfully ask that students refrain from wearing perfume. We have found some people have allergies.
- For classes involving lunch time, instructors will break to eat; feel free to bring a bag lunch to enjoy in our kitchen or outside picnic areas. Plus there are many great local restaurants; inquire for favorites and locations.
- Millennium Club enrollment requires a $25 registration fee. Since these classes are available after a machine purchase at Eddie’s, the fee is refunded after class participation.
These include “Know How” classes sequentially through the appropriate club classes.
Fees are typically rolled forward from month to month however, a $25 fee is collected for different millennium clubs taken at the same time or month only to hold your spot.
The majority of purchased materials for such “Free” classes are to be made at Eddie’s so as to continue through the end of club expiration.
- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate children or guests during class time (unless the child is registered for one of our "Kids' Classes".

Novelty fabrics at EQB are grouped together around the store. Make sure to ask a staff member if you'd like to find something to match a particular theme.
