Semi-flared, pull on skirt with gathers beneath a wide waistband on center front and back. Contrast band at hem and narrow belt. Can be worn on hips or waist depending on how you adjust the elastic. Make this skirt from one, two, or three fabrics. Optional narrow belt with button closure or bow with Velcro, closure is included with this pattern. Sizes 4 - 22
