If you are not satisfied with your notion or fabric purchase, just send back the items or fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and resellable within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or apply a credit towards a new order. Please include your return information and a brief description of any issues and the reason for the return.
Upon receipt of your return a credit will be processed against the original form of payment. This can take 2 to 15 days to process. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Books, magazines, patterns and the original shipping charge are non-refundable.
