Routine Maintenance, Service & Repair

Yes we are currently servicing all sewing machines.

No appointment necessary. Drop off during our business hours of Tuesday- Saturday 11:00-4:00. All services are done in-house at our 480 S. Mathilda location.

Service time is generally within a week, but we ask 7-10 days as a general rule, but have seen turn-around within 4-5 days.

Please bring in machine with bobbin and thread you are using, regular standard presser foot and standard zig zag needle plate.  Foot control and power cord are generally not needed on most machines like Berninas and Babylocks, but can be brought to determine during drop-off.

We accept all brands of embroidery, sewing machines, and sergers for service including: Bernina, Babylock, Viking, Husqvarna, Janome, Pfaff, Elna, Singer, Bernette, Kenmore, Brother, and Juki.

Cost for basic maintenance of mechanical & computerized machines start at $200. Parts and extended labor are extra.

We are a family owned sewing & embroidery machine store in the San Jose Bay Area. All machines are serviced by certified factories trained sewing machine repair technicians.  All machines are balanced for tension, internally cleaned, lubricated and test sewn verifying all settings.
